05/03/2010 - FLAWLESS ON TOUR! - World dance champions Flawless announce first tour date

World dance champions Flawless and stars of the new movie Streetdance 3D, have announced their first national tour of the UK, and it promises to be one of the most inspirational show stopping dance events of the year! The multi-award winning dance group, were described by Simon Cowell in Britain's Got Talent as "One of the best things I have ever seen in my life ..not just the best dance group, it's one of the greatest acts I have ever seen ….unbelievable …. absolutely world class!" Flawless have earned themselves many awards - from being the UK's ‘Street Dance Champions', to ‘International Dance Champions 2005' and then crowned ‘World Dance Champions 2006' after taking on over 50 nations from around the world in Germany. Not only were they awarded first place, they were also the first and only group ever to get full marks from all the world judges in street dance history! They have been taught by one of the most aspiring, young, creative choreographers in the UK, Marlon "Swoosh" Wallen, who has received awards for Flawless including Best Street Dance Group and Best Choreographed Group. They were the first street dance group to exchange hoodies for haute couture confirming these uniquely talented dancers as the official Kings of Cool. 18/02/2010 - BLAKE NOMINATED FOR CLASSICAL BRITS AWARD - BLAKE nominated for Classical Brits Award for Album of the Year

Classical boyband BLAKE, solely represented by Showbizworks for corporate events, today announce that their latest album, Together, has been nominated for Album Of The Year at the 2010 Classical BRIT Awards to be held in May.

BLAKE's Jules Knight – "We're over the moon that we have been nominated for a Classical BRIT Award. As the underdogs in this competition we're hoping everyone will get behind us.

Together is our first independent album, made entirely without a major label, so this is a very special honour for us."

Stephen Bowman concurs - "We were amazed and utterly humbled to hear that we'd been nominated. So many people told us that independent artists never get put up for this award; we gave up hope! We feel like the small shop owners up against the corporate supermarkets; but it's up to the public vote, so fingers crossed!'

The group last won Album Of The Year at the Classical BRITS for their debut album, BLAKE, in 2008.

Flawless world dance champions and stars of the new movie Streetdance 3D wished fans and clients a very Happy Valentine's Day. Their film is due for international release in May 2010 with a Leicester Square premiere on 10th May. Showbizworks is currently negotiating a national tour for Flawless and the guys are in huge demand on the corporate scene with recent appearances at the 21st anniversary party for ITV's This Morning and at the O2 for the NFL Superbowl final. Showbizworks.com entertainment agency supplied the actors and horse for a spectacular and very successful PR Stunt in central London. The Medieval World actors and horse performed a short show and foot fight to promote St Agur cheese inside the PR company's reception area. Baker Street was packed with onlookers who were amazed as the scene unfolded on a busy Baker Street as the knight, St Agur, representing the French cheese arrived on horseback to meet his smelly opponent; St Ilton. Matthew Cutler, who is solely represented by Showbizworks.com and his celebrity dance partner Christine Bleakley are now down to the last five couples in the latest series of Strictly Come Dancing. The pressure increases this week as the couple have to learn two dances as opposed to the usual one to perform on next Saturday's live show. Matthew who won the last series of Strictly Come Dancing with Alesha has a huge fan base and will be on the national tour which begins on 5th January and ends on 23rd February 2009. 07/11/2008 - VIVA PARADIS PREMIERE IN MADEIRA - The Premiere of Viva Paradis, a Showbizworks production directed by Paul Walsh opens to the public tomorrow at Casino da Madeira

Tonight is the premiere of a spectacular new resort Casino show in Madeira. The show, titled Viva Paradis, will open to the public tomorrow at Casino da Madeira. There is a VIP audience of 400 who will experience this lavish production of eight dancers (six girls and two boys) and two singers, Lesley Welsh and Barry Ruth. This highly talented cast boasts a male dancer who trained at the English National Ballet and another who trained at the National Superior School of Dance in Marseilles. Other dancers have appeared at the Lido in Paris and in productions all over the world. Martin Blore, director of Showbizworks.com said: "We are honoured to have been chosen from a large selection process to provide a spectacular new show for the resort casino, we will certainly be bringing a touch of Las Vegas to Madeira."

The costumes and head-dresses have been designed and created in the UK and have been flown out especially for the new show. In the opening dance routine there will be 1,800 coque and ostrich feathers on display and 1,180 Lady Amhurst pheasant feathers on stage for the finale. Swarovski has provided 4000 crystal rhinestones for this lavish production.

Viva Paradis is a Showbizworks production directed by Paul Walsh. This show runs until the end of March 2009 and a new production will begin on 1 April 09 again under the Showbizworks name.
