05/03/2010 - FLAWLESS ON TOUR! - World dance champions Flawless announce first tour date

World dance champions Flawless and stars of the new movie Streetdance 3D, have announced their first national tour of the UK, and it promises to be one of the most inspirational show stopping dance events of the year! The multi-award winning dance group, were described by Simon Cowell in Britain's Got Talent as "One of the best things I have ever seen in my life ..not just the best dance group, it's one of the greatest acts I have ever seen ….unbelievable …. absolutely world class!" Flawless have earned themselves many awards - from being the UK's ‘Street Dance Champions', to ‘International Dance Champions 2005' and then crowned ‘World Dance Champions 2006' after taking on over 50 nations from around the world in Germany. Not only were they awarded first place, they were also the first and only group ever to get full marks from all the world judges in street dance history! They have been taught by one of the most aspiring, young, creative choreographers in the UK, Marlon "Swoosh" Wallen, who has received awards for Flawless including Best Street Dance Group and Best Choreographed Group. 18/02/2010 - BLAKE NOMINATED FOR CLASSICAL BRITS AWARD - BLAKE nominated for Classical Brits Award for Album of the Year

Classical boyband BLAKE, solely represented by Showbizworks for corporate events, today announce that their latest album, Together, has been nominated for Album Of The Year at the 2010 Classical BRIT Awards to be held in May.

BLAKE's Jules Knight – "We're over the moon that we have been nominated for a Classical BRIT Award. As the underdogs in this competition we're hoping everyone will get behind us.

Together is our first independent album, made entirely without a major label, so this is a very special honour for us."

Stephen Bowman concurs - "We were amazed and utterly humbled to hear that we'd been nominated. So many people told us that independent artists never get put up for this award; we gave up hope! We feel like the small shop owners up against the corporate supermarkets; but it's up to the public vote, so fingers crossed!'

The group last won Album Of The Year at the Classical BRITS for their debut album, BLAKE, in 2008.

Flawless world dance champions and stars of the new movie Streetdance 3D wished fans and clients a very Happy Valentine's Day. Their film is due for international release in May 2010 with a Leicester Square premiere on 10th May. Showbizworks is currently negotiating a national tour for Flawless and the guys are in huge demand on the corporate scene with recent appearances at the 21st anniversary party for ITV's This Morning and at the O2 for the NFL Superbowl final. 14/07/2006 - SHOWBIZWORKS JOUSTING TEAM AT WARWICK CASTLE - Jousting at Warwick Castle

Medieval World, solely managed by Maverick Managementand featured exclusively on Showbizworks.com, has been chosen to provide the daily, spectacular jousting shows this season at one of the UK's leading tourist attractions, Tussauds owned Warwick Castle. The production, which will run from 23 July until 3 September 2006 inclusive, is written and directed by jousting expert Richard Timson, who has produced jousting tournaments and horse shows at international level, from America to South Africa. Members of the team have appeared in countless films and television series and are renowned as one of the leading horse show producers in the world. 27/06/2006 - GRAMMY WINNER SUPPORTS SHOWBIZWORKS.COM - David Foster Provides Theme Music For Showbizworks.com

14 times Grammy winner David Foster has provided the theme music for
Showbizworks free of charge in support of our charity Wishing Well House (www.wishingwellhouse.co.uk). The music is the theme from the 1988 Winter Olympics and you may also recognise it as one of the musical accompaniements for the famous dancing waters at the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas.

Canadian born David has produced some of the world's biggest hits including Celine Dion's 'Because You Love Me', Whitney Houston's 'I Will Always Love You' and Natalie Cole's 'Unforgettable'. He also produced the award-winning soundtracks for Footloose, Ghostbusters and The Bodyguard. More recently David has co-produced Andrea Bocelli's latest album 'Amore' and Michael Buble's CD/DVD 'Caught in the Act.'

This month sees the launch of Wishing Well House web site (www.wishingwellhouse.co.uk). On Tuesday night London's top corporate buyers were invited to the Cafe de Paris to see how this venue can host events in true style. Showbizworks.com provided a packed show of live entertainment with Tina C, Tropical Latin and The Brit Pack all generating huge interest from buyers on the night. The full entertainment line-up was presented by Robin Ross and included an electric strolling violinist, singer-songwriter-musician Greg Morton, award-winning jazz singer Lauren Field, Tropical Latin, burlesque star Gwendoline L'Amour, Neith the snake dancer, Tina C and The Brit Pack. Michael Vincent, one of the world's greatest sleight of hand artistes entertained London's leading event organisers throughout the evening.
