In 2004 she released her breakthrough album, Don't Talk which topped British jazz charts and broke into the UK top 20. It won numerous awards, among them British Jazz Vocalist of the year 2005 and BBC Jazz Vocalist of the year 2006 not to mention the Marlborough Jazz Festival's Best Live Performer, which she won two years running. Clare has also presented her own programmes on BBC Radio 2. Clare released a new album, Get Happy in February this year.
