05/03/2010 - FLAWLESS ON TOUR! - World dance champions Flawless announce first tour date

World dance champions Flawless and stars of the new movie Streetdance 3D, have announced their first national tour of the UK, and it promises to be one of the most inspirational show stopping dance events of the year! The multi-award winning dance group, were described by Simon Cowell in Britain's Got Talent as "One of the best things I have ever seen in my life ..not just the best dance group, it's one of the greatest acts I have ever seen ….unbelievable …. absolutely world class!" Flawless have earned themselves many awards - from being the UK's ‘Street Dance Champions', to ‘International Dance Champions 2005' and then crowned ‘World Dance Champions 2006' after taking on over 50 nations from around the world in Germany. Not only were they awarded first place, they were also the first and only group ever to get full marks from all the world judges in street dance history! They have been taught by one of the most aspiring, young, creative choreographers in the UK, Marlon "Swoosh" Wallen, who has received awards for Flawless including Best Street Dance Group and Best Choreographed Group. 18/02/2010 - BLAKE NOMINATED FOR CLASSICAL BRITS AWARD - BLAKE nominated for Classical Brits Award for Album of the Year

Classical boyband BLAKE, solely represented by Showbizworks for corporate events, today announce that their latest album, Together, has been nominated for Album Of The Year at the 2010 Classical BRIT Awards to be held in May.

BLAKE's Jules Knight – "We're over the moon that we have been nominated for a Classical BRIT Award. As the underdogs in this competition we're hoping everyone will get behind us.

Together is our first independent album, made entirely without a major label, so this is a very special honour for us."

Stephen Bowman concurs - "We were amazed and utterly humbled to hear that we'd been nominated. So many people told us that independent artists never get put up for this award; we gave up hope! We feel like the small shop owners up against the corporate supermarkets; but it's up to the public vote, so fingers crossed!'

The group last won Album Of The Year at the Classical BRITS for their debut album, BLAKE, in 2008.

16/02/2010 - FLAWLESS SEND FANS VALENTINE'S MESSAGE - Happy Valentine's Day from World Dance Champions Flawless

Flawless world dance champions and stars of the new movie Streetdance 3D wished fans and clients a very Happy Valentine's Day. Their film is due for international release in May 2010 with a Leicester Square premiere on 10th May. Showbizworks is currently negotiating a national tour for Flawless and the guys are in huge demand on the corporate scene with recent appearances at the 21st anniversary party for ITV's This Morning and at the O2 for the NFL Superbowl final. 21/10/2008 - COUNTDOWN TO OPENING OF LAVISH SHOW IN MADEIRA - Showbizworks.com's new show opens at Casino da Madeira on 7th November

Rehearsals are well underway in the UK for a spectacular new production show that opens at the Casino da Madeira in Funchal on 7th November. The show has been produced by Showbizworks.com under the artistic direction of Paul Walsh. The ten strong cast together with wardrobe mistress, choreographers and the directors of Showbizworks.com all fly out to the resort casino next week to complete the staging of the show in the venue. The stage is being altered and new lighting and production will also bring a new look to the show entitled Viva Paradis! The Casino da Madeira is part of the Pestana Group of hotels, one of the top 100 luxury hotel groups in the world. Martin Blore, director of Showbizworks.com said: "We are honoured to have been chosen from a large selection process to provide a spectacular new show for the resort casino. "The new show will include six female dancers, two males and a male and female singer. It will deliver a blend of classic, Vegas style production numbers where the stage will literally be filled with spectacular feathered headdresses and breath-taking costumes, combined with current and commercial dance hits that will appeal to a wide audience. It will be the most glamorous show ever staged at the venue."
The costumes and head-dresses have been designed and created in the UK and will be flown out especially for the new show. In the opening there will be 1,800 coque and ostrich feathers on display and 1,180 Lady Amhurst pheasant feathers on stage for the finale. Swarkovski will be providing 4000 crystal rhinestones for this lavish production.

Showbizworks.com will be holding auditions at DanceWorks in central London on Thursday 9th October for young male and female singers who can move well for future casino projects abroad, to work as part of a production show. Showbizworks.com has been appointed to produce a spectacular floorshow for Casino Da Madeira, a division of The Pestana Group, one of the Top 100 World Hotel Chains, according to ‘Corporate 300 Ranking', published by the North American magazine "Hotels". The show will open at the resort casino on 1st November 2008 and will feature a breath-taking line-up of singers and dancers to entertain the thousands of guests welcomed to this beautiful resort overlooking the beautiful port of Funchal. The show will change every six months to respond to the high number of repeat visitors to the island.
